The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered a bill proposing to expand the powers of the National Security and Defense Council.
The text of the document appeared on the website of the parliament.
So, the authors of the bill propose to add into the Art. 4 of the law on the NSDC, with a paragraph that will provide for the need to agree on the introduction of quarantine, if, according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, it will be introduced in six or more regions of the country. In particular, this applies to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol.
