During his speech in Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Ukraine will have an "economic passport of a Ukrainian."

These are accounts for children, which will accumulate funds from payments for the use of subsoil, and will be used for education or housing after reaching adulthood.

"Until December 10, for the first time in history, I will introduce a bill on the economic passport of a Ukrainian. In accordance with it, these funds - payment for the use of our subsoil - will be accumulated on the personal accounts of children of Ukrainian citizens. Upon reaching adulthood, children can use these savings to get an education or buying your own home," Zelenskyy said.

The President noted that the funds on the "Ukrainian economic passport" will appear due to the tax law No. 5600, adopted on November 30, which increases the payment for the use of natural resources.

According to Zelenskyy, thanks to these two laws, "finally, our oligarchs will become real investors in the future of our children."

The president also promises to launch the Ukrainian Dream program soon, according to which every citizen who honestly pays taxes will be able to get a loan at a rate of 5% in hryvnia to purchase their own real estate, an electric car, get an education or change their profession.
